ciji: Ciji Da Costa has been illustrating for several years with a strong focus on human nature and its connection to animalistic instincts and habits. She has participated in several exhibitions, and live drawing & painting events, and continues to do so in her current surroundings of Tokyo, Japan. Unabashedly inspired by the men in her life, her drawings often convey surrealism, sexuality, and a deep desire for something primal, which is otherwise often difficult to express in everyday life. In addition to live art gigs, she has also designed T-shirts, CD covers, and flyers for various events in Seoul and Tokyo.
